I had a big healey side curtain piece made up last summer. I handed over
the old part (missing a big chunk), but you could use any template. Three
days later I had a new piece for a whopping $14. $2.50 for the materials,
the rest for laser cutting, and bonding on of the two blocks used to grip it
to slide the window open.
