Well, if the tread is still soft, and the sidewalls aren't showing cracks, I
don't see why not.
I once had some 20+-year-old Michelins with rock-hard, glassy-smooth tread
blocks, that were definitely not safe. But where you draw the line is your
choice, I guess.
