There are a lot of reprint books for various marques available. Besides the
Autocar MG book I cited in starting this discussion, there are the R&T books
(I have the MG 1962-1980 volume), the Brooklands Gold Portfolio series, and
many others. Not every year of every marque, obviously, but quite a few.
Check with Classic Motorbooks, Moss, and other vendors.

Then you can sometimes find someone selling a huge collection of old
magazines on eBay.

I paw through my dad's collection when I'm at his place, myself...
