PayPal problems

Hi everybody, sorry to bomb the list with a non MG issue. I was wondering 
if anybody has had problems with PayPal and how you went about solving the 
issues? These guys have a single phone number and a lady trained at saying 
"were sorry please call back later". Thanks a bunch. Enrique
