You can unbolt the cowling around the lock  Then you will see the igniton
switch/lock setup.  Take a Dremel tool or a hacksaw and cut a slot in each
mounting bolt.  Then use a screwdriver and unbolt.  You can then also remove
the ignition switch and start the car with a screwdriver.
