The (mountain) bicycle has the nub which holds it to the brake lever - that is suffficient. Rub epoxy into the other end to keep it from unraveling. Bike cables cost only a couple of dollars - buy a spare! Bill > However, what about the nubs on the end of the cable > to attach to the carb???
