Unitary Components- wheel hubs and bearings which can't be rebuilt, suspension arms which have to be replaced just 'cos a bush or balljoint has croaked. Complication-electric this, power assisted that, insanely complex wiring. Special tools-by the bucketload. Just a few thoughts...
