Larry & Barry:

Don't you guys know that electricity is like water.  It flows
down hill and can be siphoned.  That's why when they moved the
high batteries on the cowls of the TC-TF behind the seats of the
MGA-MGB, they had to mount the coil lower on the MGA's starter! 
That's another reason why your MG should always be parked
pointing down hill.  It puts the batteries higher and if the car
won't start you can always coast down and use the gravity stored
in the battery to start the car.
