Hi Scott, What I'm hearing is that the wiper mechanism operated freely under no-load conditions but slowed down under a load. I could be that there's too much resistance in the wiper wiring/switch circuits for the motor to put out full power. First, clean all the electrical connections to the switch and motor, including the grounds. Then, if you didn't already, you might check the brushes in the motor. Cheers, CR |
