The best thing would be to have the electrical diagram for your car. Find the wires for that circuit and follow them from the fuse box to the wiper motor. I have also found that cleaning out the fuse box (or replacing it with a new one) works wonders. Disconnect the battery and use some garnet paper and good aerosol electrical cleaner, to clean all the contacts.
