They do make replacement radiators (depending on the year).  Mine is a '78, 
and when I looked into it, it was strongly suggested that instead of 
replacing it that I get it recored.  (This from the person who would have 
sold me the replacement).  He said the new radiators come out of China or 
wherever, and actually are worse than if you take your existing radiator 
and get it recored.  Cost is comparable ($200ish).
