I did that once (not label) and paid for it at assembly time, I was lucky I
had a parts car to look at. I use the ZIPLOCS, also found that moisture and
fluids work wonders on those little labels you stick on, when you pull the
boxes out 4 years later the labels are at the bottom of the box and the
parts are on top. Those tie on tags work great for larger parts, I thread
them in a screw hole and they stay on, lots of pictures and a video,
hopefully I won't loose the tape like I did on my Spitfire. One thing I did
on my Spitfire since I've had the dash off and on so many times, was to get
a small "Sharpie" and write on the back of everything the wire colors, this
way I can yank everything out without even looking. I found I didn't use the
pictures much but when I did, I realized there would have been no other way
to figure it out.
Thanks,
Jack Levy

Jack, I agree with Chuck. When you're taking things apart it looks plain
and simple. Wait a few weeks or months and it becomes a puzzle. Take lots
of notes make sure you write down where all the pipes and cables go and put
bolt sets in zip lock bags with a note of there correct location. Enrique
