It was recommended to me NOT to use the nibbler on rusty parts, it's what wears
it out. I'd definitely use one for trimming new sills and body parts
(invaluable). Clean metal only!

For cutting rusty parts out, on my resto I used:

Air cutoff tool: Cuts nice clean lines in fenders. Get the fiberglass reinforced
cutoff wheels, they last longer

Air chisel with panel cutting bit. Rips through rusty floor panels like butter.
Get a flat forked bit for cutting spot welds. Buy a good one they are stronger
and most manufactures sell them in kits with all the bits you need.

A good drill and plenty of 3/8" or so drill bits for drilling spot welds.
You'll get good enough to feel when you've drilled out the spot weld on the top
panel and not drill through the lower panel. I bought one of those spot weld
drills from Eastwood, but it wore out on the 6th or so spot weld. :(

4" angle grinder and plenty of grinding wheels. Used for grinding off the
'grunge' that's left from drilling and air chiseling.

I think I spent enough of your money for now. Good luck on your resto.
