The reviewed Twincam with Webers on it was of course only faster at the lower
end, and as the larger engine begins to tell in the upper range, the 150
would slowly pull away.
The rather nice description Blake posted of the stock Twincam and the XK 120
also apply to a Twincam with close ratio box and 4.55 diff and the 150.
I was also speaking of my Twincam race car, which has no problem hitting 130,
and more quickly than a stock XK 150S, but as it is somewhat modified, that
doesn't really mean much. Sure perplexes the 150 drivers, though.
