The torque book I have only goes up to 1965 and I don't remember when MG went from the 1100cc engine to the 1275cc engine in the midget. All torque specifications for the spark plug are 30 ft. lbs. from the TD up to 1965 for all MGs. These are usually for "wet" fasteners unless the spark plug or automobile manufacturer advises otherwise. Blake |
