I happen to have just done a compression test on my 1800 motor yeaterday. The bottom end was rebuilt about 10 years ago, but only has a few thousand miles on it. The top end was just redone. I got readings between 120 and 140 pounds for all four. I would think that the factory numbers would vary a bit, due to differences in tolerances, and would be fairly meaningless until the engine had been broken in, and the rings properly seated in the cylinder.
