If it is not too late, try your credit card company to dispute the charge. By
"too late" I mean that there is some sort of time limit for disputing these
things and you may already be past it. Like others have mentioned it takes just
seconds to credit your credit card. If they are stalling then they likely are
having a cash flow problem and are never going to refund your money. If you
like a challenge, try the PA Attorney General's Office.
