With all the wailing and gnashing of teeth over clutch bleeding I decided on
an alternative approach when I changed my clutch hydraulics a few weeks ago.
I refilled the system from the slave using a Gunsons Eezi-bleed.  It filled
in just a couple of minutes and needed no bleeding.
