OK, I give up. Why do people send messages to the list that just say
"test"? If you need to test your email system, why do it to a big mailing
list? Or if you want to test that the list is receiving your messages,
why not at least contribute something about yourself or your car or an
amusing anecdote relating to LBCs?
This is not a rant, I'm just curious. And to follow my own advice, here

P.S. perhaps it would be a good idea to turn off the "vcf" attachments,
