On my 80 B, there are two line fuses near the fuse box.  One (brown wires)
controls the hazard lights, and the other (slate - slate/purple) is for the
running-on valve.  The radiator fans operate through a circuit breaker, but
the wiring diagram shows a line fuse for that too (green - white/brown).
