I used the intake/exhaust manifold stud holes and the air pump inlet holes in
the head. I removed the manifold studs and bolted one end of the chain there.
Then seeing as my car is "desmogged" I remove one of the plugs in the air pump
inlet holes on the head that was diagonally across the head from the other and
of the chain and bolted into it. This arrangement worked great for me.
