those bolts are what I used when I swapped my engine/tranny together
one with, one without O/D. Had no problem. YMMV
The engine O/D tranny combo hung by those bolts for an hour while I steam
cleaned the whole thing. 5K miles later...still no problems.

Subject: reinstalling engine in B, need advice
I am ready to drop the engine and tranny back in the BGT, but I'm a bit
worried. When I took the engine out I had first removed the head and
attached the chain to a couple of head studs. Now the head and rocker
gear are back on the engine and the only place I can see to chain up are
the two rocker cover studs (with the rocker cover removed). These just
don't seem big enough to take the weight of the engine and tranny. I've
heard horror stories about studs breaking and engines crushing stuff.
Am I being too concerned, or is there a better place to secure the hoist
chains? Lawrie?, anybody else who does this on a regular basis?,
help!!!!
