Hi Barney,

  You made some good points with which I agree.  Bud about the good
being expected to be the norm, I'll just say that nobody's perfect and
that in a cpuple of hundred transactions a year some mistakes are bound
to be made.  As someone else said in this thread, it's how the mistake
is handled afterwards that counts.
