Chris,

Rover has been dodging this right along. I tried over five years ago, to get 
the belts replaced on my 1979 Midget which was listed in the recall. I sent 
certified letters, at that time to a Jaguar address, as I recall (of course, 
they are now part of Ford). They kept moving the place where you have to 
write, changing phone numbers, etc. 

Go get 'um!!!
