Take care!  I done this before and got eyeful of fluid! DUH!!

fill cylinder res. with fluid. push piston home, seal out put hole (thumb!)
realse piston, repeat until fuild at top of output hole  WEAR GOGGLES !  I
WAS VERY LUCKY
