I doubt that any real shop could do the job for that price. A good paint
job will run at least $1000. Think about what a small dent costs to get
repaired and painted and this is without buying parts. I've had dealings
with shops that low balled me and it has never worked out. Get a few more
estimates and be sure that they are including all the parts necessary.I
would guess that the real cost will be closer to $4000.Once you start
getting into the sills you have to question how much you really want to
keep your particular car. The costs can add up quickly and what do you
tell the shop when they hit you with the bad news once they get the sills
ripped off. At this point the car cannot be moved because it will fold in
half, your are stuck with paying them or trying to get the car out of the
shop as well as paying them for the work they have already done.
