Greetings . . . I'm almost ready to replace the speedo cable (the current one makes lots of noise). Moss says that it is not necessary to lube the new cable. Anyone with a different opinion? If so, how should I go about it? Also, any secrets to replacing the heater control mechanism (the thing that turns the heat off and on just below and to the right of the steering wheel column)?
