That's exactly what a couple of my fellow guard unit members suggested when
I ran it by them this morning. (I go down to the cape for guard drill, not
for fun). It seems to be the thing that makes the most sense, which means
there should be some kind of complaint filed, so that the station's owner
will become aware of it, and so that, if it is a scam of some sort, which
he is aware of, then he won't know about it until someone is already there
asking questions.
