I agree with everything Kelvin said.  I'd like to add that I choose not to do
any of the modifications to a head to make it run on unleaded gas.  I've put
200K miles on a '67 B using unleaded gas and haven't had any problems with
premature wear.  However, I have heard many horror stories about the hardened
seats falling out of the head and destroying the engine.  We've had a recent
example of that.  YMMV.
