It's ludicrous to make that kind of anology.
We've already covered why towing companies usually remove the drive
shafts. In a nutshell, they don't know about every car thay tow so they
take the shaft out of all of them. I would too, ya never know when some
customer might decide to let you buy him a new tranny, even if his was
shot to begni with.
