How about Elephant Brau, 14%. Sold in 1/2 litre tins. Brewed in
Denmark. And then there is EKU Eisbock which, if I remember correctly,
(of course, after a few of these one can't remember much) is about 16%

Old Speckled hen is 5.2% alcohol by volume (ABV)- I doubt
whether there are
many souls who could drink more that 7 pints of this stuff!
I stayed at a pub over the weekend in Rutland which sold
something called
'Baz's Bonce Blower' @ 11% alc, this will knock the socks off
any colonial
fizz ....;-)
All in the best possible taste

10-12 pints? Well that tells you how weak English beer is! If
you came
to Sydney and we put 10-12 pints of any local beer into you
you'd be
pushing your MG home............................
