Well gang, I wasn't going to jump in here, but I just can't resist.  The
odd, or good, thing that I found when I finally got around to cleaning the
BGT thoroughly was a diamond ring.  Tried to get in touch with the old
owner, but her phone line had been disconnected so I still have it.  It was
pretty wedged under the parking brake and I had quite a time getting it
out.  Nina
