There would still need to be some kind of enrichment circuit for the secondary barrel if you were to open them simultaneously.The secondary has no accelerater pump, and actually may cause part throttle hesitation if opened too soon.Besides, if the engine cant use all the available fuel and air it will bog. You need some velocity in the intake for torque. More cfm's are great for high rpm's. Less are better for low and midrange torque. |
