I think it would be rather easy to adapt a throttle body fuel injection system
to MGs.  Port fuel injection would be another story though...One would need to
fabricate an intake manifold that could accomodate the injectors.  A throttle
body system would need only an adapter to mount in place of a carb.  You would
need  the whole system from a wrecked car including the ecm and wiring harness
and an appropriate electric fuel pump.  All in all it is doable without too
much fuss.
