Not too long ago I was helping a friend move, and among other things was
his LBCs.
While David drive his Surburban full of "stuff", I followed in his LBC.
Stopped by a traffic light, a kid in a Camero (V6 by the sound) begins
revving up, in an attempt to induce me to race him (he needed to impress
the little female type in the right seat I guess).
When the light went green, I made a slightly quicker than normal take of
in the LBC, but no tire squealing, etc. Just a bit more "squeeze" on the
throttle.
I made it through the next light still green; he got stopped by the Red.
When I got to David's new house, he asked why I was wearing "that sh*t
eating grin". I told him.
Oh, by the way, the LBC was a Lotus Esprit Turbo.
