headlights?

i just got back from a party, and unbeknownst to me, it rained buckets while i
was having a good time. i started my 70 'B GT, and my headlights, tail lights,
and side markers were all dead. of course i got pulled over, but living in a
small town does have it's advantages. the cop was my neighbor, he suggested a
blown fuse. could it just be damp connections? they worked this morning!
