Had similar problem in my MGA. Start and check the fuel lines from the carb to the pump. When you get to the pump, is the pump warm or hot? My problem turned out to be two $1 plastic gas filters that were add ons from the previous owner that were clogged. The filters were added to the line between the tank and the pump. The pump would still pump but fill the bowls so slowly. Replaced the filters and no more problems.Good luck Mike |
