Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I ruled out the fuel pump being shut
off by rewiring the it directly. It did not change the problem at all. I
will take a look at the fuel line this weekend to see if it is being
restricted somewhere. I hope I can get it going, it is supposed to be in the
90s this weekend.
