Im still trying to work out why the bloody carbs on the 72 wont function properly - Ive pretty much made up my mind that they need a vacation to Uncle Lawrie but it doesnt seem to make any sense that they run ok at full choke but will splutter and die if i turn it off - theyre adjusted about as rich as possible at idle before they die but seem to need full choke to run at speed- seems like a paradox to me. Any thoughts anyone? mike robson 69 roadster 70 BGT 72 roadster |
