Hi Dick,
The pedal/wallet string is effective.
You might tap a screw into the throttle levers, sort of a reverse
action to that of the idle speed adjustment screws.
Before you do that, though, what is your secret to getting the TD to
rev up so vigorously that a rev limiter is called for?
