Aqua-planing, in my experience. Jeremy Clarkson (MG-hater of Top Gear infamy)
has a
new series just started called Extreme Machines. First episode featured 500mph
Mustangs in air races, which nearly made him wet his pants, then he went in an
'unlimited' hydroplane on Lake Mear (?) on the Colorado near Las Vegas. Mind
you,
now that even the 'unlimited' is limited there's no hope.
