Scott,
On your hazard switch, you will find two green wires. Disconnect them and
connect them together, making sure they don't come into contact with anything
else. Try your turn signals. They should work (I'm assuming they worked fine
before you took it to the shop). If so, you need to dis-asemble the hazard
switch and clean it. If not, get back us, and we'll try something else.
