Visited the Aston Martin factory with Paul Kile a couple of weeks ago.  
Guide told about the time some years ago that a friend of the then owner 
asked to be supplied with a car at cost price.  Owner agreed with 
alacrity, Friend was surprised to receive an invoice for 2,000 *more* 
than the list price.
