Large white diagonal strip should be nearest the top of the pole where the
flag
is attached.
It is surpriss\ing how many you see upside down, which in any flag language
is a sign of surrender

The time has come to respray my new (old) trunk lid. I have decided
against trying to match up the original paint and decided to just paint a
Union Jack on the boot.
I would really hate to paint it upside down, so could someone tell me the
correct way to fly the Union Jack?
