Good point. From what I read, there was never a strike, or labour
slowdown, at the MG factory... and the workmanship was generally
considered excellent (as proven by the much lower rate of defects found
on the factory checkout [compared to other bmc marques]).
UPPER management, not the local MG managers, was the problem.
