>Being stainless, they should be quite hard. Careful with strength assumptions of stainless steel. Not all stainless is hard. Pretty good with corrosion resistance, but plan to pay top dollar for *quality* SS with reasonable hardness rating. Cheesy SS exists, and not only can they be soft, but the corrosion resistance isn't even up to par. -Mark |
