Lee,
I've had the wheel off my B several times when I had problems with the
horn contact. The easiest way I found was to remove the 6 bolts holding
the wheel in place. I then used a piece of angle with holes drilled to
line up with 2 of the bolts I just removed. After loosening the big nut,
but leaving it in place to protect the threads, lay the angle across
the nut and tighten the 2 bolts up and the hub pops off easily.
