Tires

I hope this post is not redundant.  The tires on my MGB are almost ready
to be (standby...pun on the way...) re-tired.  I had put 175-70R14's on
all four corners, but the price was way too high.  Can I put 185-70R14's
on without any difficulties?  are there are any advantages/dosadvantages
to the bigger tires?
