Christopher,
Don't know if it will work with cats, but it does for dogs. Get a
bunch of mouse traps and set them. Place them all over the floor of
your car port and on the hood, roof and trunk of your B. As the cats
walk around, they will start setting them off. It usually scares
hell out of them. Once in a while, they get bit by one. But it
just stings, not enough power to really hurt them.
