British Wire Wheel does list truing and rebuilding services in their catalog. Be advised that on painted wheels which have had no attention for a number of years, the threaded portions of the spokes will be rusted into the nipples. The only way that you can true up a such a wheel is to replace all of the spokes. A complete rebuild/repaint of a painted wire wheel runs $100-125 /wheel.
